When you register for LaBlast Foundations, you receive:

• Detailed Training Manual and DVD with all routines 
• A library of LaBlast playlists and class designs
• 1.2 ACE and 10 AFAA continuing education credits
• Access to the LaBlast Instructor Online Forum (IOF) with monthly updates

The one time cost of the training is $399.00. (including IOF)
